Refund policy
At Lick & Loom, we work hard to make pet accessories that feel as good as they look. But hey, sometimes things don’t go as planned—totally get it.
Exchanges for Defective Items
We currently do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to exchange your product if it arrives with any manufacturing defect.
If you notice an issue, just drop us an email at hello@lickandloom.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos clearly showing the defect
- A short note about the issue (nothing too dramatic, promise)
Once our team reviews and approves the request, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same product, same size, same color (subject to availability).
If the exact item isn’t available, we’ll offer you a suitable alternative of equal value.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
- Damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, or pet chew-attacks (we love them, but they get too excited sometimes) won’t be counted as defects.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep things hygienic and safe for all pets, we do not accept returns/exchanges for:
- Items without original packaging
- Products showing signs of use
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale/clearance items
Shipping Costs
If an exchange is approved for a defect, we’ll handle the shipping.
For all other cases, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
