Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is:

• Other locations: 5–8 business days

• Remote areas may take longer

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused or unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
